Project Description
The Little Reader project will target 7 schools in the city of Raqqa through activities and events in each school to develop the abilities and intelligence of children by encouraging reading and intelligence games for children aged 6 to 12 years, in addition to equipping a reading hall for children inside each school that includes a set of special stories With children and a group of intelligence games.
In addition to conducting 8 awareness-raising and training sessions for teachers in these schools on how to read interesting and how to use intelligence games
Project goals
- Contribute to improving the psychological and educational development of children in 7 schools in the city of Raqqa
- 7 reading rooms equipped with equipment with stories and intelligence games in 7 schools in the city of Raqqa.
- 14 teachers trained on how to use intelligence games and interesting and interactive reading methods
- A competition and an interactive activity to honor the distinguished children.
- Supporting the education process, developing schools and supporting the psychological well-being of children
